BD SENSORS RUS level transmitters
It is often a standing task to remotely control the level of technological liquid in various industrial-grade reservoirs, sealed or open. A solution to this task are hydrostatic level transmitters that convert hydrostatic (water column) pressure into digital or analog unified signal, which is linearly proportional to the level the tank or reservoir is filled to. Such devices enable accurate measurement of levels of uniform liquids. The output signal of level transmitters can trigger various systems, e.g. automated pumps keeping the level of liquid at a set level. From the point of view of their design, level transmitters are submersible and set-in.
Set-in level transmitters
Ideal for level control in tanks and reservoirs of any type. We offer a large selection of mechanical connections (pressure ports) and sensor materials, which allows using them to measure levels of an expanded scope of liquids, including aggressive ones, viscous and pasty.
Submersible level transmitters
Specially designed to control level in reservoirs that cannot accept set-in transmitters. The compact dimensions of these devices allow using them in narrow spaces (e.g., wells). They can have a housing of stainless steel, polyvinylchloride or polyvinylidene fluoride;
stainless steel or ceramic diaphragm;
reference pressure tube cable jacketed in polyvinylchloride, polyurethane or Teflon,
which allows measuring the level of not only water level but of aggressive and/or viscous media, too.
